This pattern is a great introduction to the addictiveness that is hand-knit socks. It is designed using mini circular needles for everything except the heel and toe which need double pointed needles. You can use a long circular with magic loop, or make the entire sock in DPNs if you'd prefer.
Sizing - S (M, L) - actual measurements depend on tension but these are roughly a UK size 4/5, 6/7, 8/9.
You will need:
- 100g ball of sock yarn
- Addi circular needles - 20cm, 2.5mm
- KnitPro Zing double pointed needles - 2.5mm
- 2 x stitch markers
- Sewing needle

Easy to understand written pattern.
I have not finished my sock yet, but so far this is a great pattern. Thanks for posting it.
I gave up with this pattern. I found inaccuracies and insufficient instructions to be able to finish knitting the socks. Woolfull: Hi Rosemary, We're really sorry you found this pattern difficult to follow, we've made several pairs from it ourselves and used it for classes so we're surprised and disappointed to hear that you were unable to finish your socks. If you want to get in touch we'd be happy to help get you back on track. Thanks Woolfull
Browsing through the website was very pleasant, accompanied by a cuppa. Fabulous end to a busy day! Best of all, I found a wonderful sock pattern. Now I have many sock patterns but this one is different. It looks as though I could be capable of knitting it, and it'was free! What more could a girl want? So I shall return, on a future evening, with another cuppa, to browse. And who knows what I shall leave with next time?
This is a really good pattern for a beginner sock knitter. Thanks.
I haven't knitted this article yet but am looking forward to doing so
I have not had a chance to try this yet, but I am really looking forward to mastering sock heels. This one looks much more interesting yet simpler than heels I've tried knitting in the past. Not only that but I like using finer gauge yarns with Aran/Worsted at the upper limit of thickness.
