The Emeline Mindful blanket was designed by Lynne Rowe for West Yorkshire Spinners.
Mindful knitting combines rhythmic knitting with mindfulness techniques; consciously connecting you with the present moment. Simple stitch patterns allow you to focus on the colours, sensations and rhythm of the repetitive stitches. Each stitched square is specifically designed to help improve your wellbeing and take a break from any negative and stressful thoughts.
The yarn pack includes:
12 x 100g balls of West Yorkshire Spinners Re:treat.
1 x Emeline printed pattern
You will also need 6mm and 6.5mm knitting needles.
Finished blanket size: approx. 111cm x 111cm.
